Security Worx will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access due to your failure to maintain account security. False reporting or fraudulent time entries may result in immediate account termination and may be reported to your employer.
You must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid SIA licence (where required for your role) to create an account and use our Services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful security operations purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Security Worx offers various subscription plans tailored for security companies of different sizes. Plans are typically billed per active security officer or per site. Specific features and limitations of each plan are described on our website.
We may offer a free trial period for new security companies. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. No charges will be applied during the trial period.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing structure with at least 30 days' written notice. Your continued use of the Services after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Security Worx is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

You retain ownership of incident reports, patrol logs, and other content you create through the Services. By submitting such content, you grant Security Worx a licence to store, process, and display it solely for the purpose of providing the Services. You warrant that you have the right to submit all content and that it does not breach any confidentiality obligations.

Important Notice: Security Worx provides workforce management software only. We are not a security services provider. Your security company remains fully responsible for all security operations, compliance with SIA regulations, and the actions of your security personnel.
You may terminate your account at any time by providing written notice or through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease at the end of your current billing period.

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter.
